Question

Any suggestions for a good sports book, something on the lines of Wodehouse, funny and moving at once, English perhaps, something that will leave an imprint on my mind and that I'll want to read again?

'A Prefect's Uncle' was my first Wodehouse too. All his school stories have sports in them- football, cricket, boxing- all delightful. I'm looking for some true-life sports stories.

as taboo as you talkin about a certain mr.Button! or perhaps you dint see the 2nd match?!

Button? Oh yes, he has suddenly chosen to remind us of his existence. Let's see how far that goes. And I suppose Hamilton isn't in the picture for a while, too? Like the Aussies, of course- one thing we finally agree on!
