Unfortunately no. You have to queue up and get tickets to go to the top, and we didn't have enough time.
thats a lovely pic! ive got a lot of these day pics in front of the towers from my last trip to KL...unfortunately we dint stay till late to see the towers @ nite...
Then that's something you should definitely do next time...it's an exhilarating sight.
